What is the difference between PHP and IOP?
PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) runs five days per week for 5–6 hours per day — the most intensive outpatient level, comparable to residential treatment without overnight stay. IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) runs three days per week and is designed to accommodate work and family schedules. Your clinical assessment determines which level is right for your situation. Does Hope Harbor Wellness offer Suboxone (MAT) for opioid addiction?
Yes. Medication-Assisted Treatment with buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol) is available and integrated into our PHP and IOP programming. Same-day MAT induction is often available for clients presenting in early opioid withdrawal. MAT reduces overdose mortality by 50%+ and is the evidence-based standard of care for opioid use disorder.
